Shipping policy

Currently, we only ship within the continental U.S., but stay tuned—shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and international destinations is coming soon!
Our goal is to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please see the details below for more on our shipping process: 

*Free U.S. shipping applies to orders shipped within the continental United States only (i.e. the 48 contiguous states).
At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories—but we’re working hard to make this available in the near future.

1. Fulfillment
It takes 3–4 business days to create a product and fulfill an order. Since our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, this process helps reduce overproduction and waste. Thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

2. Shipping
Shipping time depends on product availability and your delivery destination. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipping notification along with tracking details. Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days after fulfillment in the continental US, and 1-2 weeks after fulfillment for Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories. 

3. Delivery
Once an order is fulfilled and shipped, it will be delivered to you. The delivery method (such as DHL, USPS, or other carriers) may vary depending on your location and shipping option selected.

We use flat rate shipping, which ensures that you know exactly what your shipping cost will be at checkout—no surprises.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for any delays or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Important Information
Please note that we only ship to physical addresses within the U.S. (no P.O. Boxes).

We are not responsible for any customs fees or duties on international shipments, as we do not currently offer international shipping.
