Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at info@belowaverage.shop to request a return authorization.
- Securely package the item in its original packaging, if possible.
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization.
Important Information
- A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after we receive your return.
- The refund amount will be the original purchase price minus the 20% restocking fee.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your items upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.
